I. Inspection Before Startup
Before starting the magnetic levitation centrifugal blower, first check whether the power supply, voltage, and control system are operating normally. Make sure the air inlet filter is clean and free from blockage, and confirm that the cooling system is functioning properly. At the same time, inspect the pipeline valves and ensure the inlet and outlet pipes are securely connected to prevent air leakage or foreign objects from entering the blower. For first-time startup or equipment that has been shut down for a long period, the bearing system and sensor signals should also be checked carefully.
Check Lubrication and Environmental Conditions
Although magnetic levitation blowers operate without mechanical contact, the surrounding environment should still remain clean and well ventilated. Excessive heat, humidity, or dust may affect operational stability.
II. Correct Startup and Operation Procedure
When starting the equipment, first turn on the control system, then activate the cooling system, and finally start the blower main unit. After startup, monitor the operating interface to ensure that pressure, temperature, speed, and current data remain stable. If abnormal vibration, unusual noise, or overheating occurs, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
Precautions During Operation
During operation, frequent startup and shutdown should be avoided. Operators should regularly check the filter pressure difference, discharge pressure, and motor operating status to ensure the blower maintains stable and efficient performance.
III. Correct Shutdown Sequence
When shutting down the blower, gradually reduce the load first, then stop the main unit. After the blower has completely stopped, turn off the cooling system and control power supply. A proper shutdown sequence can effectively protect the magnetic bearing system, reduce the impact caused by high-speed stopping, and extend the equipment’s service life.
